Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt,ginger garlic paste oil and curd

Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas and red chilli whole

Add masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and saute well adding red chilli Powder
- 5
Add chicken pieces and saute well
- 6
Cover it till it is soft
- 7
Add tomato and saute well
- 8
Add warm water and simmer
- 9
As the chicken pieces and Potatoes get soft add sugar and garam masala powder
- 10
Serve it with pullav or paratha
