  • Green peas...fresh
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • Water
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    You will need a colander to strain your peas....

  2. 2

    Boil your peas in water, add baking powder and salt to the water...let it simmer for a few minutes

    Strain it and run cold water through it immediately

    Set aside.. Cook it immediately or save it for later
