  4. 2big Onions

    Peel the plantain and wash

  2. 2

    Fry oil in a pan and the onions

  3. 3

    Put the plantains and let them cook

  4. 4

    Add the water to cover and simmer

  5. 5

    Remove while still with some water and garnish with dhania.
