  2. 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  3. 3 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

    Heat oil fry the ridged gourd

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

    Add poppy seeds paste saute well adding sugar
