Steps

Season the fillet using lemon juice

Add mastard spread it on the fillet (for the flavour)

Add Soy sauce and sprinkle vinegar

Take one fish fillet and dust with flour (one at a time till all the fillets are done)

Put the fillets in the beatten eggs then coat with the breadcrumbs

Fry the fish fillets till golden brown on medium heat

Serve with salad
