Add paneer in mixer jar...And blend it...Add flour...And again give it a good spin...Add water.(u can also add milk instead of water)..(little at a time)..And again give it a spin...till smooth..

Take out this batter in a bowl..Add water if required..to make nice batter consistency..

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup...In a pan..Add sugar along with water...Stir till sugar dissolved completely...Add cardamom powder and saffron strings...And cook for few mins...Then switch off the flame.

Now heat a nonstick pan..Add tbsp of ghee...Pour laddle ful of batter in pan..And cook from both sides till golden in colour.

Soak prepared maalpua in sugar syrup for few minutes..

Paneer maalpua is ready.. Garnish with pista flakes..Or with dry fruits of ur choice.
