Ingredients

  • Mushrooms
  • 2eggs
  • 3garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put olive oil on a hot pan and 3 garlics.

  2. 2

    When the garlic is a bit cooked but not burnt add mushrooms and a bit of salt.

  3. 3

    When the mushrooms are well cooked add 2 eggs and mix it all.

  4. 4

    Add parsley and try for salt. Wait until the eggs are cooked and well mixed.

  5. 5

    Ready to eat and enjoy!
