Ingredients

  • 2 bunchspinach chopped
  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1potato
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add brinjal and potato saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add spinach and saute well,cover it till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now stir fry well adding sugar

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
