In a dry bowl cream sugar and butter until soft and fluffy

Add beaten eggs and stir softly

Add in coconut milk, vanilla flavor and shredded coconut shafts

Add in flour

Rub butter into a pan and pour your cake batter

Bake for 45mins or until cake stops gumming on a toothpick when proded

Decorate with creamed icing sugar and butter, and caramelized coconut.

Serve with any drink of choice
