Put the milk mixed with sugar, a bit of cinemmon powder and 4-5 pieces of lemon’s skin in a pot.

When the milk is boiling add quickly the rice.

Move it slowly for 50 min. Keep moving it so it doesnt get burnt. When the sauce is thick and the rice is well boiled, put it in small bowls. Add cinemmon on the top for decoration.

You can eat it cold or hot however you prefer :)
