Soak chana dal for 4-5 hours.

Mix chana dal - mint leaves - cumin - sugar - salt and make paste of it with help of mixer or khalbatta (Morter & Pestle)

Add lemon juice in that.

Now add 2 Tspn hot oil in this mixture.

In pan heat the oil.

Now with help of hand or spoon drop this mixture in to heated oil.

On low flame deep fry cutlets and then remove.

Cutlets are ready to serve.
