  • 1/4 kgliver
  • 2big red ripe tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Crushed garlic and ginger
  • 1 tbssalt
  • Frying oil
  • Coriander
  • Capsicum

  1. 1

    After cutting your liver, rinse it and put on a sufuria, add a pinch of salt and cover the sufuria as you heat.

  2. 2

    Wait for about 5 minutes when they are dry and add one cup of water.cover them and leave to boil for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove the liver and start frying your onion till brown. Add the crushed garlic and ginger as you stir. Add your chopped capsicum and leave the mixture to turn brown. add your chopped tomatoes and coriander and cover the sufuria.

    When a thick soup is now formed add the liver and wait for 5 minutes to boil.

    You can now serve with your hot ugali and sukumawiki. Welcome your partner and enjoy.
