Soak sweet corn for 5_10 min. in boil water

Heat one tbs. Oil in a pan. Saute jeera& dry corriender.Now mix salt red chilli powder according to taste

Fry garlic & ginger paste. Saute onion & tomato for 5_7 min.

Now mix sweet corn. After 4 min. Mix boiled & crushed palak

Heat it for 6-8 min. Palak & sweet corn vegetable is ready.

Serve it with chaptti.
