Bring the milk to boil and add the rice into it

Let it cook in medium flame. Ensure you keep mixing so that it doesn't stick to the bottom

Once the rice is half cooked add the sugar into it and mix it well

Once the sugar is mixed add the Khowa and stir well. Once the right consistency of the kheer is reached remove from gas and let it cool

Garnish with cashews and raisins and relish the sweet dish
