Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Sago (sabudana) soaked in 1 cup water for 5-6 hours
  2. 3Raw bananas boiled, peeled and mashed
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspamchur powder
  7. 1 tspGrama masala powder
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Oil to deep fry
  10. 1/2 tsppeanut powder

Steps

    Put sago, raw banana, peanut powder red chilli powder amchur powder salt corinder leave bread crumbs mix it well

  2. 2

    Heat sufficient oil in a kadai,

  3. 3

    Add very little water to the mixture in the bowl and mix well.

    Reserve two tablespoons of the sago mixture and divide the remaining mixture into twelve equal portions, shape them into vadas, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot Shabudna &raw banana tikki
