  • 1 cupFresh sombo
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoned salt
  • Curry
  • 2Garlic
  • 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  • 2 cubesMaggi
  • 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the d snail with alum till is no longer slimmy.

  2. 2

    Steam with salt and onion for 30minutes.blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh sombo to a smooth paste and boil till all the water evaporates.

  3. 3

    Heat up vegetable oil,fry onion and the paste a for 10minutes but been turning it.then add the maggi cubes,boiled snail,salt,garlic,curry after 10mins is ready.
