Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGrated mooli (raddish)
  2. 1 cupRice flour
  3. 1/4 tspCarom seeds
  4. 1/4 tspOnion seeds
  5. 1Finely chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil - for frying

    Wash and grate the mooli.

    Take a pan with two cup of water and salt and cook for few mins until mooli get soft.

  3. 3

    Add rice flour,salt,cumin seeds,carom seeds,green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well

  4. 4

    Make a soft dough.

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into big balls and roll out

  6. 6

    Cut round shape with cookies cutter

  7. 7

    Heat enough oil in a pan.

  8. 8

    Add the kachoris,lower the heat and fry till light brown.

  9. 9

    Drain in paper napkin.

  10. 10

    Serve hot.
