Posto Chicken/ Chicken with poppy seed

Thinly slice onoins. Make paste of ginger, garlic and Poopy seed separately; using vinegar. Do not use water to make the paste.

Heat oil, throw in Fenugreek seeds and after 3/4 seconds add sliced onions. Fry them until translucent. Then add garlic paste and fry well followed by ginger paste. Fry the pastes well. When you see the oil leaving sides of the masala add Chicken and sliced green chillies. Sprinkle salt mix well, cover and cook on a medium low flame. Once the chicken is almost tender add the Poppy seed paste. Mix well and cook till the Chicken is fully done. Check the seasoning.

Turn off heat and sprinkle chopped coriander. Serve.
