Sabudana singhara flour idli

Take one cup soaked sabudana.

Add 1/2 cup singhara flour.

Add salt, black pepper.
Now make batter using half cup curd and rest of the water. - 4
Keep aside for atleat 30 minutes.

Batter should be of thick consistency.

Now add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.

Mix and immediately transfer to mould.

Microwave 3 to 4 minutes..

Check by knife if it sticks than cook for more few minutes

Demould and serve with coconut peanut chutney.
