2 kgRice
1 kgBeef meat
Tomatoes (for tomato puree)8pcs
40 grmsMixed spices
40 grmsPilau masala
750 grmsOnions
150 mlOil

Steps

In a sauce pan add oil add diced onions fry untill they turn to dark brown.

Add pilau masala, mixed spice and tomato puree fry for about 10mins add rice till you get right consistency.

Continue frying rice then add stock season and let it to simmer

After it cook serve and enjoy,
