Ingredients

  1. 2 kgRice
  2. 1 kgBeef meat
  3. Tomatoes (for tomato puree)8pcs
  4. 40 grmsMixed spices
  5. 40 grmsPilau masala
  6. 750 grmsOnions
  7. 150 mlOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan add oil add diced onions fry untill they turn to dark brown.

  2. 2

    Add pilau masala, mixed spice and tomato puree fry for about 10mins add rice till you get right consistency.

  3. 3

    Continue frying rice then add stock season and let it to simmer

  4. 4

    After it cook serve and enjoy,
