2 cupscooked rice (leftover)
Vegetables of your choice e.g carrots, courgette, onions
Green pepper, garlic and cabbage etc
Salt and oil

Start by cleaning and chopping your veggies

Heat oil in a shallow pan and saute the onions

Add all other ingredients and stir until cooked to crunchy or to your preference

Set aside as you warm the leftover rice.

Plate and enjoy your meal.
