200 guncooked oats
180 mlfull cream milk
2 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspooncinnamon
2 tablespoondouble cream yoghurt (vanilla flavour)

Pour all the oats in a jar

Pour the sugar, milk, and sugar in the jar

Mix altogether and put yoghurt on top

Store in the fridge overnight. When you eat, mix together and eat! Try adding in fruit, berries, nuts or syrup and honey.
