Keto Butter Cookies

Steps

Sift together the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Set aside (dry ingredients).

Beat the butter, erythritol, and salt together. Add the egg and beat until well combined (wet ingredients).

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until combined.

Spoon the dough into a piping bag and pipe into your desired shapes. This recipe makes about 34 cookies.

Bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) using the lower heat for 10 minutes. Then switch to upper heat and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden. Once golden, remove from the tray and let cool on a wire rack before storing in a container.
