Add ghee to a pressure cooker. Add the tomato paste, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, and ginger. Sauté well until the ghee separates. Add the soaked kidney beans and water. Close the lid and cook for 5-6 whistles. Open the cooker, check the salt and chili, then sprinkle cilantro and garam masala on top before serving.

To make the rice, add ghee to a pressure cooker. Add salt and rice, mix well, and cook until you hear 1 whistle. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then serve hot.

Mix the flour and water to make a dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough and cook hot chapatis on a skillet. Brush with ghee and serve hot.
