Take a plate and take paneer in it.Add 1tsp sugar and knead.Mash it for 5-7mins till paneer softens.

Take a deep pan and put all water in it.Add all sugar and keep to boil.

Now add yellow food colour to paneer and mix well.Shape taking little paneer in hand into oblong shaped logs.Keep on a plate.

Put all the paneer logs in boiling water and cover the lid.Put the gas on medium heat.

Turn off gas after 12mins.Open the lid and keep to cool.

Take khoya,add 3tsp sugar and mash it nicely.Add cardamom powder and mash again.

Slit the boiled chumchums from center and stuff this khoya mixture in it.Top it up with one chopped cherry piece.

Decorate all the chumchums after stuffing is over with cherry pcs.

Keep in fridge for 2 hrs and serve.
