250 gmBuckwheat flour
5 big potatoes chopped
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspGaram Masala
as neededOil for frying
1/2 tspChopped ginger

Mix all the ingredients except oil and make batter by mixing with little water and make Pakoras by frying.

Serve with Curd. I can assure you that you will keep on eating without counting the calories.
