Cut the cheese into small pieces

Take a nonstick pan and put sugar in it.

Put half cup water in pan and on the gas and melt the sugar and make sugar syrup

Take 4 green cardamon and make the powder of green cardamom

When the sugar syrup is ready we add the pieces of cheese in syrup and spred green cardamom powder we jolt the pieces

When the pieces are coating with sugar

And off the gas add 1tsp rose water and jolt the sugar syrup continue and make the sugar dry

Withdraw the pieces of cheese into the pan

Your murki chane is ready to serve
