Steps

Mix sugar and ghee with the help of a spoon in a bowl. Mix it till ghee changes colour and is light and fluffy.

Add baking powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Add powdered dry fruits and mix again.

Now mix maida, sooji, besan in a bowl. Sieve it. Add maida and all other things in ghee mixture. Bind the dough.

Take small quantity of dough in your hands. Make a ball with your palms. Press it slightly and sprinkle some crushed dry fruits on it.

Preheat oven on 180°c for 10 min. Keep all Nankhatai on baking tray. Just grease baking tray with little ghee before keeping Nankhatai. Bake for 15 to 20 min on 180°c.

Let the oven cool down. Let nankhatai cool down. Store in an air tight container. Enjoy yummy Nankhatai.
