50 gmarhar dal
50 gmmasoor dal
50 gmchana dal
50 gmblack gram
50 gmyellow moong dal
1tomato
1onion
5 piecegarlic
salt and red chilli to taste
1 tspturmeric
1Green chilli
1 tspJeera (cumin)
1 pinchHeeng (asefotida)

Firstly boil the all type of dal in cookar up to 3 to 4 whistles

Then take oil in pan mix jeera hing Green chilli and onion and fry it brownish colour... Then mix masala tomato the fry 10 to 15 minutes

Then mix the boil dal in pan then prepare ur favorite rajasthani panchratna dal
