Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupboondi
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly whisk the yogurt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the boondi and mixed it.

  3. 3

    Add all spices powder and stir the raita well.

  4. 4

    Leave this raita for 5-10 mint. in room temp. so that boondi become soft.

  5. 5

    Garnish boondi raita with mint or coriander leaves.
