  1. 2 cupsbasmati rice
  2. 250 gmchicken shredded
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and saute well

  4. 4

    Add chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add red chilli Powder and mix

  6. 6

    Add rice toss well adding water,cover it till it is soft
