Ingredients

  • 5Aloo
  • 250 gmmethi
  • 2large onion
  • 2large tomato
  • 4green chilli
  • Salt.....As taste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan and add oil. Add onion and fry properly. Then add green chilli....

  2. 2

    Then add tomato.... Then add all spices

  3. 3

    Now add Potato,add turmeric powder mix well....

  4. 4

    Then add methi,add salt mix well...

  5. 5

    Now it's ready to eat with chapatis.........
