1/2 bowlSeviyan
6-7Cashew,
2 tbspRaisins

Steps

Fry the Sewai in ghee till the time it turns reddish brown.

Boil the milk in a different Pan
3

Add the Sewai into the milk and on a low steam stear it,till it becomes think
4

Add Sugar and jaggrey according to taste
5

Garnish with Cashew,Raisins
