Ingredients

5 to 6 person
  1. 1 cupgreen peas
  2. 1 cupcauliflower
  3. 1 cupCapsicum
  4. 1/2 cupcarrots
  5. 1 cuppotato
  6. 2onion finely chopped
  7. 1green chilli finally chopped
  8. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  9. 4tomato finally chopped
  10. 2 spoonpav bhaji masala
  11. 1 spoon coriander leaves
  12. Salt
  13. 1/2lemon juice
  14. 1 spoon oil
  15. 100 g.butter
  16. 12 piecesPav
  17. for Sarving finally chopped onion butter and lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    All vegetables boil in a pressure cooker to whistle, strain water slightly warm, mashed a masher help

  2. 2

    No boil capsicum and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a Kadhai, add ginger garlic paste soute,add green chilli, onion mix well cook soft

  4. 4

    Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum, tomato and salt mix well cook medium flame cook soft and melted, add Mashed vegetables half cup water cook solo film 2 or 3 minutes,add 50 gram butter and green coriander, lemon juice mix well,remove gas flame

    Heat a non stick pan roast Pav with butter both side

  6. 6

    Serve immediately Pav Bhaji,butter with chopped onion and lemon slice
