Wash the sweat potatoes.

Steam it till soft or boil it like potatoes or bake it.

The cooked Shakarkand can stay in the fridge for a couple of days, if using later.

Peel the sweet potatoes.

Just slice them into a bowl.

Sprinkle the ingredients mentioned above or toppings of your choice.

Toss it.

Stick a toothpick and munch right away.

Traditionally, served piping hot, but just good as cold
