Clean your veggies thoroughly.

Fry them with a generous amount of onions,(preferably spring onions they add taste n flavor)

Cook for 5-7 mins then simmer at low heat,garnish with coriander.

I normally use heavy duty non stick pan after cooking for 5 mins I tightly cover and turn off the heat they still continue cooking n they don't overcook they are crunchy the way I like...n all the flavors are well incorporated...
