Soak saffron in lukewarm milk and keep aside

Take a jar put all ingredents and blend it till smooth paste

Now take a deep plate or a cake pot and cover it with aluminum foil and put paneer curd paste and sprinkle chopped almonds and saffron threads all over it

And steam for 20 to 25 min with the help of steamer and cook on medium flame and then cool down

Now cut the square piece or as you like

You can use sliver vark paper on it

Now put it in refrigerator for 3-5 hour

Steam Paneer burfi is ready

You can use it upto 6-7 days If stored in refrigerator
