For the chapati.put the flour in a bowl add salt make a hole at the centre add the warm water and knead to form a dough transfer to your workspace and knead till soft.form into a ball apply oil and wrap in cling film.let it rest for at least 30 mins

When the dough is rested divide into 5balls and take your rolling pin and spread into a circle

Heat your pan till hot then cook your chapati light without oil

Then cut your chapati into quarters

Take your muffin tin n apply oil in it put the chapati quartets into it and apply margarine in the chapati cups

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees till brown.remove when cool

For the vegetable s diced the courgette n onion fry in oil till tender for the tomato deseed n cut into strips,put all your vegetable together season with salt n pepper put in the chapati cups
