While the second one is being sliced, let the first one in water. Do the third one similarly

Heat oil for frying. Dry the raw slices on Kitchen towel

Deep fry until crisp and golden brown on edges over medium heat

Drain excess oil over tissue paper

Sprinkle salt and pepper, toss well
