Heat a pan add ghee

Now mix sugar and flame turn low to medium

Continue stir it till mixture turn thick

When mixture leave sides of pan add Elaichi powder mix it

Turn off gas pour mixture in Grease plate

Quickly spread with spatula spread almond

Set it in freezer for 2 min

Cut it in pieces
