Add 3-4 tbspn of refined oil in a pan

Once the oil is heated,add the chopped onions in the pan and fry the same until the colour changes to golden brown Add 1tspn Coriander powder,Cumin Powder,Chilli powder and chopped tomato and allow it to settle down for 2-3 minutes

Add the soaked kabuli chana in the pan, salt to taste, add water and let it be cooked for 15-20 minutes on low flame

After 15 minutes,add green chillies and coriander leaves and leave it for five minutes more

Serve it in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with puris.
