Ingredients

1 cupsifted flour
Pinchsalt
1egg
1/2 cupmilk
1teaspoonful baking powder
1teaspoonful cinnamon powder
Cooking oil

Mix one cup of sifted flour with salt, egg, milk, baking powder and cinnamon powder.

Heat the pan to medium heat with a little cooking oil for 3minutes per side.
