Steps

Take Potatoes and boil and mash it.

Put it into a non stick pan add Potatoes, Sugar and ghee.Roast till it starts to leave pan.

Add The Milk Powder and roast it for 2 minutes once again.

Distribute this mixture into 3 parts and add each fruit pulp to three different parts and cook till the fruit juice is cooked properly and till the Halwa starts to leave the pan and when ghee starts to leave the mixture.

Once it is lukewarm give a shape to it using a mould.Stack up each Halwa piece on top of each other and top it up with a cherry.
