Now add salt, little ghee and lemon juice and water accordingly

Dry roast half of pea nut and crush.

Add jeera and rest of peanut.

Shallow fry peanut.

Add cooked rice.

Now add roasted jeera, black pepper.

Add half cup water and cook rice covered for few minutes.

Serve hot with curd and chutney.

Peanut samak rice is ready.
