  • 2ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • 4 piecesFresh tomatoes
  • Veg oil for frying
  • 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain,boil adding salt and remove the back.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg add salt and curry.heat up vegetable oil fry onion,fresh tomatoes and pour in the egg.

  3. 3

    Fry with medium heat for 2minutes.
