Ingredients

2servings

1standard size avocado
Salt
1medium sized onion
2medium sized tomatoes

Steps

1

Wash and chop the tomatoes and the onion in a bowl
2

Peel the avocado and cut into two removing the seed
3

To another bowl,cut the avocado into small cube size then add the tomatoes and onion while mixing and mash the avocado then add a pinch of salt to the mixture
4

Serve with rice.
