Appetizer 4.0

I really don't have a name for this appetizer that is why I call it appetizer 4.0.... it started like this..... When I started my business, the first set of people I went to didn't have a constant food location so I went into Thier office and introduced myself as a private chef and ofcourse introduced my business. The doubted the private chef part and they thought I was the usual "mama put". From the look on Thier faces I saw what they were thinking and I knew I was going to prove to them that I had come with a different concept. I started introducing different kinds of food and in my mind I knew I want to give them 3course meal treat but my pocket has to be gallant enough.... In the spirit of the three course meal, I was thinking of an appetizer and I thought lemme even start with a two course meal so thought of something cheap that is not common and will really make them like me more so I came up with this concept.
