Heat oil in a wok/ kadhai add the chopped spring onions to it along with the sliced mushrooms. Saute them for a minute and then add chopped ginger and garlic.

Add the finely chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage Cook until they become tender.

After the veggies appear cooked, add the chicken pieces along with the chicken stock to the pan. Boil for a minute or two and then add chopped green chilli, red chilli sauce and soy sauce to it. Stir continuously over medium flame.

Beat 1 egg in bowl and it to soup stir continuously

Now, in another bowl, add some water and mix the corn starch in it. Once done, add this mix to the pan with soup. Keep stirring continuously until the soup becomes thick and add salt and pepper to it.

Chicken Manchow Soup is now ready. Serve hot.
