  • Arugula
  • cubesApples thin sliced or
  • Cucumber sliced
  • Croutons or pita chips or tortilla chips, whatever you like
  • Smoked salmon
  • For the Dressings:
  • Carrot
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil
  • Soya sauce
  • Pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the salads in a big bowl toss it with your chips, and top with smoked salmon

  2. 2

    Put all dressing ingredients blender, blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour the dressing on salad. Ready to eat.
