Heat oil and add red chilli whole

As it get fried add onion chopped and saute well

Add ginger garlic saute well

Add tomato and saute adding salt and turmeric powder and switch off

Now cool it down and make a paste adding cashew and raisins

Again heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add cauliflower florets and saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft and brown

Add the masala paste and saute well adding sugar

Add curd mix well and switch off the flame

Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve
